We seek experienced loan officer candidates interested in joining a team environment. The ideal candidate(s) will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changes in the industry. A must have is a strong work ethic, and be fully accountable to clients and referral partners. A Mortgage Loan officer that is Experienced in retail or on the wholesale side that wants to have the competitive edge and support staff that will increase your volume! Must be already licensed in these states and/or be able to apply for a license in Massachusetts, Florida or Rhode Island

Responsibilities:

• Developing referral relationships with business partners to include real estate agents, attorneys, and financial planners

• Interviewing loan applicants and explaining terms and conditions

• Preparing loan documentation following financial institution standards

• Providing status reports to management

• Advise and educate clients on the home buying process

• Assist clients throughout the loan process from pre-qualification through closing and beyond.

• Client follow up and continued customer service throughout the loan process

• Work with our in-house processing team to ensure a smooth experience for the borrower.

Requirements:

• Ability to network and create new referral partners

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to solve problems

• Basic computer skills'

• Strong communication skills

Employment Type

Full-Time - W2 with base pay and commission

Must constantly meet goals and volume
